PainSled seamlessly integrates your Concept2 indoor rower with a variety of fitness tracking and workout platforms such as the Concept2 Logbook, Zwift, Strava, TrainingPeaks, SportTracks, Fitbit, and Runkeeper. Additionally, it provides detailed logging of your rowing sessions and heart rate data, enabling you to easily export this information in formats such as TCX or CSV.

PainSled facilitates Bluetooth data connections with the Concept2 PM 5 monitor, and via USB with the Concept2 PM 2-5 monitors by utilizing the Concept2 iConnectConcept2 cable. It extends support to Bluetooth heart-rate monitors as well as Ant+ monitors when connected through the Concept2 monitor.

With PainSled Premium, you gain the ability to effortlessly sync your workouts directly to the Concept2 Logbook, Strava, TrainingPeaks, SportTracks, Fitbit, and Runkeeper. Furthermore, this premium version enables your indoor rower to be recognized as a cycling power meter, allowing participation in group workout experiences on platforms like Zwift.

If you benefit from PainSled's advanced features and wish to contribute to its continued development, consider activating the optional PainSled Premium subscription. Priced at $5.99 per 3-month period, this subscription offers a complimentary two-week trial.

- Payments will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

- Manage your subscriptions in your App Store account settings post-purchase and deactivate auto-renewal if desired.

- If you only use PainSled during specific periods, it's possible to toggle off the subscription when not in use. Thank you for your support!

PainSled allows seamless export of your workouts to TCX and CSV file formats, which can be advantageous if your preferred fitness platform lacks built-in workout synchronization capabilities.

Even with PainSled Basic, users get access to the "Stroke Scope," presenting a visual representation of your last five rowing strokes alongside drive-to-recovery ratio indicators. In landscape mode, simply long-press the screen to maximize the Stroke Scope for an in-depth analysis of stroke consistency.

PainSled Basic continually displays your heart rate recovery drop in beats per minute over the first minute or the most recent 60 seconds post-recovery during idle rowing periods.
